Central Manchester Office Space Available

Young People’s Support Foundation (YPSF) is looking to vacate its offices within the Methodist Central Buildings on Oldham Street (M1 1JQ). There is still some way to go on the lease and they are interested to hear from any organisation that is looking for such a suite.

The suite is within a well-managed building. It is on the first floor and has lift & stairs access. It has its own entrances onto the first floor corridor.

Adactus Housing would like your ideas for projects that will:

• meet a real need that is not already met in the area

Partnership Opportunities – Flexible Support Fund

From April 2011, Jobcentre Plus Districts have had more discretion to design, influence and deliver services to help customers to move off benefits and into employment sooner than would otherwise be possible.

District Managers will continue to engage with local public and voluntary organisations, particularly where this joins up collective efforts and stimulates solutions for improving employment and skills.

AUK Infoline Volunteer

Would you like to support a local charity raise much needed funds, whilst also supporting people to access essential services for their mental health?

The AUK infoline runs from the Zion Community Resource Centre in Hulme. The line allows individuals to contact Anxiety UK and obtain advice about self help products, access to psychological therapies, and Anxiety UK membership support services.

If you have excellent customer service skills, an interest in mental health and a desire to support a thriving national charity this could be the role for you.

Is Awards for All right for you?
• Do you need between £300 and £10,000?
• Are you a voluntary or community organisation, school, health body or a parish or town council?
• Do you have a UK based bank account in the name of your organisation?
• Will your project be complete within one year and can you send your application at least three months before your project starts?

Volunteering Opportunities at Radio Regen

Radio Regen is a community radio development and radio training charity that provides a range of radio training opportunites including short courses at community radio stations in Manchester and longer courses delivered at its city centre training facility.

Radio Regen are looking to recruit volunteer Project Assistants who will provide general support in the running of their radio training premises including reception duties and basic administrative work.
