Manchester Adult Education Service (MAES) are running training on how to support residents with the cost of living. Training sessions will run for 1 hour online. There is a fee of £200 for this training.
If you work in the voluntary and community sector, or for a smaller organisation, MAES may be able to waive the fee as long as all participants complete a short course enrolment form and there are at least 8 participants.
You can apply to be members of either the Making Manchester Fairer Programme Board or Communities and Power Forum and have an important role in helping to tackle the injustice that sees some Mancunians have worse health than others and die earlier than they should.
Manchester City Council, working in partnership with the Manchester Dementia Steering Group, is seeking to establish a VCS Dementia Alliance. The Alliance will support development of the Manchester Dementia Strategy and explore new ways of delivering meaningful support to those living with dementia across Manchester’s communities.

National Lottery Community Fund is supporting the five-year TRANSforming Futures project to provide solutions to the issues in healthcare and justice for transgender people across England.
