An introduction to involving volunteers in your project / organisation in a way which is not only safe and reflective of good practice, but a innovative, engaging and attractive for volunteers.

It is suitable for people in organisations new to involving volunteers or organisations that already involve volunteers informally and want to take a more structured approach.

• Policies and Procedures
• The barriers potential volunteers face to getting involved
• Involving young volunteers

• Creating an action plan for your organisation
