ACAS Guide to TUPE

TUPE (Tranfer of Undertakings, Protection of Employment) is the complex set of regulations that governs how employees are transferred from one organisation to another when a publicly funded contract changes hands, and it has recently been updated. ACAS have produced a guide to TUPE, an overview of TUPE and an analysis of the changes from the previous versions.
