In Manchester, Trafford and Cheshire Adactus tenants have allocated around £80,000 to 94 projects. Projects ranged from youth diversionary activities to healthy living to environmental improvements.
£7,000 remains so Adactus are asking for bids of up to £1,000 from community projects in Manchester, Trafford and Cheshire operating in areas where Adactus tenants live. Funding must be spent by 28 February 2015.
Andrew Coady, Community Engagement Manager said 'this is our final push to allocate the Neighbourhood Fund this year. We ran a similar round 2 last year across several areas and we funded some high quality projects. We welcome bids from new projects but it also doesn't matter if you have had funding from us previously, each bid will be judged by a group of tenant judges on its merits.'
The deadline for applications is Monday 10 November 2014, 12noon.
