Cabinet Office Questionnaire on Expanding National Citizen Service

7 Mar 2012 - 15:43 by michelle.foster

The Cabinet Office are currently seeking views to help develop their plans for expanding National Citizen Service (NCS).

The Government’s long-term ambition is to make NCS a universal programme so that it becomes a rite of passage for all 16-year-olds.

To meet this ambition NCS needs innovative, high quality providers from all parts of the voluntary, private, and public sectors to contribute.

A period of market engagement has been launched because the Cabinet Office wants to understand more about what would motivate you to get involved in delivering NCS.

The Cabinet Office will use your input to:
• Develop their procurement strategy for delivery of NCS from 2014 and beyond
• Inform a second-round of discussions with the marketplace
• Develop a more specific NCS service requirement

The Cabinet Office also want to be able to share information on how the current pilot is being implemented and what lessons they are learning along the way.

To complete the market testing questionnaire, visit: www.surveymonkey.com/s/expandingNCS.

Deadline: Friday 16 March 2012, 17:00
