Centre for Local Economic Strategies Learning Events

31 Mar 2016 - 16:59 by Nigel Rose

The Centre for Local Economic Strategies (CLES) have just announced a new programme of learning events and think times. All the events draw directly on CLES’ experiences supporting localities across the UK to deliver the best possible social, economic and environmental outcomes, as well as their comprehensive knowledge of European, national and local policy agendas.

Learning events are an opportunity to gain practical ‘how to’ knowledge on a variety of topics including measuring social value, working in partnership with communities and beneficiaries, and measuring an organisation’s local economic impact. For more information on learning events see here.

Think times are the opportunity to learn about an area of policy or practice and then explore with others what this means for you and your own organisation. Topics for upcoming think times include Europe, devolution and anti-poverty action. For further details on think times see here.
