Environmental Volunteering Survey

Groundwork in Greater Manchester and the Environment Agency would like to invite environmental volunteers to take part in a survey. This survey is for anyone involved in a local community or voluntary group including local charities, E-NGOs and community interest companies (CICs).

The purpose of this survey is to research the activities and support needs of ‘environmental’ community and voluntary groups with an interest in Greater Manchester’s greenspaces and public places. Groundwork in Greater Manchester and the Environment Agency are particularly keen to hear from groups who are active near to the River Irk (running through Manchester, Oldham and Rochdale). The information gathered will help to establish how different volunteers communicate and work with each other.
