SKT Welfare operates a 100% donation policy. In one of their recent projects SKT Welfare distributed over 16,648 food parcels in Damascus and Northern Syria. Your donations will benefit the children and poor people of Syria.

The following food items are being collected: Tinned food, salt, sunflower Oil, Rice, Bulgar wheat, lentil, instant noodles, milk powder, dry pasta, nappies, soap, shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush and sanitary towels.

The drop off location for items is: ITC Centre, 122 Waterloo Road, Cheetham Hill, M8 8AF.

An event in May will be held for all partners involved in fundraising. Awaaz Community Project and SKT Welfare are looking for volunteers that can offer help and more collection points are required for food items. If you are interested kindly get in touch. Awaaz Community Project and SKT Welfare are interested to hear from local businesses that can offer their support and they will get free promotion in return on the Awaaz local radio station.
