The LGBT+ Centre in Manchester is a haven, a safe space and a community for many people, especially those who are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans. The building has been here for almost 30 years, offering support to those who need it and is a true part of Manchester’s history and future.
With over 800 people using the centre every month, the building can no longer meet the demands placed on it. The Proud Trust have plans to knock down and rebuild the centre so they can double their reach.
The Proud Trust are very excited to be launching their capital appeal.
The Proud Trust are asking for their dedicated supporters, to show your support for this campaign to raise a significant amount over the next three weeks. By raising this money, they will be able to show capital funders that the LGBT+ centre has a community that cares.
Your help now will mean the LGBT+ community in Manchester will always have a safe place to go.
