Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service: Programme for Change / Outline Business Case

Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) is proposing to make changes to the way that the service is managed, how resources are allocated and how they collaborate with partners. The changes are being proposed as part of a major transformation programme “Programme for Change” and details of the proposals can be found in the Outline Business Case. 

These proposals outline some of the most dramatic changes in the history of Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service but they are important ones to make sure GMFRS are a service fit for the future.
