Breathworks is dedicated to helping people with pain, stress and ill-health live active and rewarding lives. As a national leader in mindfulness training, Breathworks have been running programmes for individuals, companies and public sector bodies since 2001. Breathworks

Breathworks are now at a very exciting juncture in the development of their organisation and have undergone a recent re-structure to best fulfill their vision.

Breathworks CIC is the trading arm of the Breathworks Foundation and is pursuing ambitious plans for income generation (initially) from their workplace programme. Profits from the CIC will be passed to the Foundation to help enable access to mindfulness programmes for the broadest sections of society. 

Positions: Non Executive Directors – Finance Director and Business Director (2 roles)
Hours: Approx. 5 hours per month
Salary: These are voluntary roles and reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Breathworks have ambitious plans for the future and need to have robust governance in place. Commercial acumen and financial oversight are a priority for them given the levels of planned growth and recently obtained social investment. 

By joining the Board you will be part of a growing, innovative and award-winning organisation. Your financial management skills and/or commercial acumen will help open new doors and shape ideas.
