The Greater Manchester Social Value Network (GMSVN) Steering group have worked with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) to create a short survey about the GMCA framework. The GMSVN would really appreciate your views by answering three questions about the GMCA framework and how Greater Manchester organisations are contributing to it.
