Sustainable Funding - Running an Enterprising Organisation
Reduce your expenditure by cutting bills, finding freebies and by identifying appropriate funders.
This training course will serve as an introduction to sustainable funding issues to help organisations begin /generating income and will help you to look for the resources you need, plan your future needs and help avoid emergencies.
GMCVO’s new non-accredited training programme has been developed in response to the needs of local groups. It consists of a series of pick ‘n’ mix modules covering key subjects to help you strengthen your organisation. Each module makes an ideal introduction, or refresher course, and provides a solid base for participants to build upon.
As a SPECIAL OFFER you can book two places (one each on two different courses) for just £150
Aimed at voluntary, community and faith organisations who wish to be more effective and more enterprising, the modules will also be useful for development workers and others who support frontline groups.
Each day provides an overview and links to a health-check to ensure that organisations are well run, legally compliant and sustainable. Lots of details will be provided on where to get further support and information. Further, our experienced trainers take an informal and interactive approach – you will not simply be talked at as there will be lots of discussion and practical tools to adapt to your needs.
