Project summary: 6-week intervention involving: CBT, positive psychology and relaxation and meditation techniques to provide people with the skills and strategies to self-manage their long term conditions and improve mental wellbeing; similar intervention aimed at people in later life and people who are finding the transition into retirement challenging

As a charity we are well connected and work in a number of partnerships across the City including with Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust in the delivery of Manchester Engagement Team, with Barnardo’s and partners delivering Big Manchester (family intervention). We are involved in a number of networks across the City and nationally as part of the Mind Network.
