theFSI - Small Charity Training in Preston

Our Preston event will offer over 60 delegate training places so that all small charities, can access the skills they need to become self sustaining. This training day is part of the Small Local Charities and Community Groups Training Programme.

Training sessions cover a wide range of fundraising techniques and back office skills delivered by experienced and knowledgeable trainers.

Demonstrating Your Impact is essential for any VCSE organisation looking to secure ongoing support to their project.

Showcasing the difference you make can be both challenging and rewarding at the same time but how can you show that you are making a real difference in order to build trust, rapport and credibility for your services?

 A workshop specifically for VCSE groups within the city of Manchester looking at what structure is best suited for them.

  • Are you thinking of setting up a voluntary and community organisation?
  • Are you thinking about changing the structure that you currently have?

This workshop offers the opportunity to double check that the structure you are considering or have is really correct for the type of activities / funding sources / organisation you want to be and will take you through the steps you need to take to adopt a suitable structure.
