Wild Awake Mindfulness in partnership with the Natural and Cultural Health Service and the Whitworth are offering these online meditate with nature sessions on 2 December, 2pm-2.45pm and 23 December, 9am-9.45am.

Gambling with Lives would like to speak to people based in Greater Manchester with experience of harm from gambling, including close family and partners affected by it.
They are running a focus group on 25 November at 5.30pm for around two hours via Zoom. Participants will receive £60 as a thank you and play a valuable role in improving things for all people affected by gambling disorder.
