Project summary: Short term GP-based intervention to people in who present at their GP with low level anxiety. 60 minute ‘check-up’ to assess mental wellbeing, existing risk factors and their coping strategies, and identify additional strategies, suggest self-help tools, and identify community assets.

Organisation summary: Manchester Mind is a Manchester mental health charity that has been working in the city for 27 years. We have developed accessible ways of working that are attractive to disabled people, people from BME communities and young people. We have been involved in the development of key statutory services in Manchester (AOT, EIP, psychiatric wards) and we always include our diverse and accessible approach.
