• Current law on equalities and protected characteristics
• What the responsibilities of your organisation and service are
• What to consider when making ‘reasonable adjustments’ and things to consider when designing an accessible service. 

Delivered by Karen Dyson, manager of Policy and Influence Team this workshop will use a mix of presentation, case studies, games and other materials.
