Voluntary Sector Assembly - How Can We Use Digital Communications?

Registration is closed for this event
Are your digital communications working for you? Would you like to know more about Twitter, how to raise money online or write a digital marketing plan? Increasingly, people are looking online for their news and information, and as there are millions of news outlets and organisations competing to be heard, it is important that the voluntary sector can reach people effectively and that we consider all the ways we could use digital communications. The next Manchester Voluntary Sector Assembly aims to share insights and real-life experiences in creating innovative, cost-effective, user focused and engaging digital communications.

Come along to the next Voluntary Sector Assembly on 13 November to find out how to generate income, increase your profile, campaign and increase the success of your organisation and its work using digital communications. Speakers will include Manchester-based Reason Digital, who will be giving an overview on the current digital communications world. Google will be hosting a workshop on tips for writing a digital marketing plan and there will also be workshops on Twitter/Facebook, capturing stories and digital fundraising.

This event is for anyone who works in communications, or has responsibility for communications, for a voluntary sector organisation in Manchester. It is aimed at those with some knowledge of social media and digital platforms, and who would like to know more. We won't have all the answers so if you have found something that works for you, please bring along the details to share!

Book your place now on what promises to be an interesting and interactive day!
