Changes and extension to all the de finitions of discrimination;

The new pr ovisions relating to disability and pre-employment questionnaires

The opportunities for po sitive action and other exceptions

The r equirements relating to Equal Pay

The pu blic sector duty: whats expected

Parti cipants are aware of the implications of the Equal ity Act 2010 for voluntary and community sector or ganisations

Participants should be able to identify the actions that need to be taken in ord er to ensure compliance with the legislation.
