1. to increase the social inclusion within their neighbourhoods of people with serious and enduring mental health problems
3. to increase the level of support offered to people with mental health problems who find it difficult to access existing services in their neighbourhoods

Project summary: Project for up to 20 people with mental health problems to learn how to grow fruit and vegetables at North Manchester General Hospital and then create a network with local community gardens so that ongoing provision can continue in the community for up to 50 people post hospital
