The role:
You will manage the day-to-day running of the Harmony Project domestic abuse refuge. The Harmony Project provides a safe space for young women aged 16 to 24 and their children who have experienced domestic abuse.
Crossroads Derbyshire are looking for a highly organised domestic abuse specialist, ideally with experience of managing a residential project. You will need to have an in-depth knowledge and experience of working with survivors of domestic abuse and its impact on their children.
This role requires the ability to work alone, and manage a team of support workers.
Flexible working hours will be required to meet the needs of this post and you will need the use of a car and a current driving licence as you will be required to travel.
This post is open to women only (Exempt under the Equality Act 2010, pursuant to schedule 9 part 1).
