Project summary: Develop Community Navigator role to support clients aged over-50 who are experiencing mental health issues to access services. Role includes consulting existing clients and identifying potential clients, help clients access IAPT through in-house drop-in; develop peer support groups and activities; work with community mental health teams to receive more referrals for LINK's ongoing services
