Rainbow Haven are running:
A free Movement Women’s Group which includes: games, brisk walks, discussion about healthy eating and bodies, meal planning, and essential health information. 
You will:
- Meet other women
- Explore the outdoors
- Build your confidence
- Play games
- Talk about food
The group is every Wednesday, 9.45am-11.30am, term-time
New Employability course which is for people to take next step to find work and open to refugees as well as asylum seekers looking for volunteering or training.

For refugees, people seeking asylum and migrants who are at ESOL Entry Level 1 and above. The course is on Thursdays 12pm-2pm for 6 weeks (includes 1 week break for half term). The course starts on 15 February 2024 and ends on 28 March 2024.
