Looking after your physical and mental health is incredibly important. How we feel can vary depending on what's going on in our lives. For many smoking, drinking, weight management and stress are everyday problems. buzz

Even though you may not realise this, they can have a negative effect on your health. This is where a Wellbeing Advisor may be able to help with finding ways of leading a healthier lifestyle and looking at areas where you may be tempted into unhealthy habits.

Advisors are based all over Manchester and the service is free.

They can support you to:
• stop smoking and reduce your alcohol intake
• eat well and exercise
• improve how you feel about yourself including your physical and mental health
• reduce isolation and loneliness by giving you access to social groups and activities
• access other services like sexual health, debt advice, or drug services
