CAHN scoping of Caribbean and African community in Greater Manchester

CAHNThe Caribbean and African Health Network’s (CAHN) ambition is to work with Caribbean and African community in Greater Manchester to eradicate health inequalities within a generation.

The aim of this scoping exercise is to gather essential information that will provide an overview of where the Black community lives across the 10 localities of Greater Manchester.

The information gathered will enable CAHN to better articulate the needs of the community as they engage with service providers and commissioners. This scoping adheres to ethical guidelines and all information gathered will be treated in the strictest confidence. Individuals are not required to provide their names and personal identifiable data will be anonymised. The organisational section of the scoping is to help identify what services exist and where they are located within Greater Manchester.
