Do you want to help people learn English? Why not host a Talk English Course in your centre

Manchester Adult Education Service are looking for organisations that want to get involved with Talk English to host informal beginner ESOL from September/October 2015 – March 2016. Manchester Adult Education Service will support your organisation to deliver the course which will be taught by a pair of trained volunteers.

As a host organisation you would be expected to provide a suitable classroom space for a weekly class and provide volunteer ESOL teachers. Access to a photocopier/ secure storage for resources, and to make sure there is a responsible person on site during classes who can support volunteers in the event of any unexpected problems or emergencies.

If required, reimbursement will be provided to your organisation towards costs incurred. You can nominate existing staff or volunteers from your organisation to teach the course or volunteers can be placed with you.
