East Manchester Lunch Club: Friday Fellowship; Food and Friends

The East Manchester Lunch Club takes place every Friday 10am to mid-afternoon at the Church of Apostles, Ridgeway Street, Miles Platting, M20 7DT.

Join Growing East Manchester for tea/coffee and refreshments, a healthy lunch meal and dessert served at 12.30pm approx..

Fellowship, discussion and socialising plus a fun programme of different activities each week.

There is:
• Seated exercise and games (even the odd game of table tennis or curling)
• Music and dance from roving DJ Ged
• Craft classes for the creative types
• Pampering sessions

Donations to the meal and of general support always welcome and gratefully received.
