In 2021 the Greater Manchester Homelessness Action Network (GMHAN) worked with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) to coproduce the first ever Greater Manchester 
Homelessness Prevention Strategy. Two years on from this GMCA want to understand how well the Prevention strategy and accompanying Action Plan are being delivered across the ten boroughs of Greater Manchester.
