FUNDED Greater Manchester Training for care providers and volunteers

Knowledge only units in Learning Disability / Dementia / Mental Health / and Physical Disability, available to your staff

Acacia Training have just won a new contract for the Greater Manchester area via the European Social Care Fund to fund some free Mental Health, Physical Disability, Learning Disability and Dementia training to your staff and any volunteers based within this area.

Please see attached a list of the units that they can fund to employed staff who are working a minimum of 8 hours per week and if they are aged 19 years old or over!

Acacia can deliver FULLY FUNDED, any 2-4 units that add up to at least 5 credits, to your staff (one day delivery) and then they will be asked to complete some questions, NO assignments within 8- 16 weeks. Once the work has been IV and completed, each staff member will then get a certificate for each individual unit.

The attached knowledge only units are from the QCF diploma level 2 so you will need to make sure that the ones you select for the staff members to complete, haven’t already covered them within their level 2 QCF?
