People First Housing Association have a community support service offering housing related support to people from BME communities with issues around mental health, memory issues/ dementia, drug and alcohol issues, issues around homelessness and tenancy sustainment. Other people with similar problems can also apply. All ages are welcome.
People First Housing Association offer a range of services depending on people’s needs. Support is provided within peoples own homes or at another agreed location, and is tailored to assessed and agreed needs, which are reviewed regularly. Amongst other things they help with housing, independent living, health issues, budgeting and cultural issues.
Referrals can be made by a wide range of organisations and by self-referral.
