Funding of up to £10,000 is now available for communities in the Granada region for projects that promote heart healthy initiatives. 
Funding is awarded for original, innovative projects that promote heart health and help reduce the risk of developing heart disease.
They could address a variety of issues such as healthy eating, physical activity, smoking cessation and mental well-being, all with a focus on the heart.
Grants are only available to not-for-profit organisations, including:
• Charities
• Community groups
• Voluntary organisations
• Sports groups
