ella is a forum of Third Sector leaders that come together for personal development, learning and peer to peer support. The need for such a forum could not be greater than in the circumstances we find ourselves in right now.
ella meetings usually take the form of face to face sessions of speakers – for learning and peer to peer meetings for support and coaching. More about ella can be found here
Given the unprecedented situation right now however, they have taken the decision to hold the sessions virtually via Zoom and also provide all meetings free of charge until such a time that the face to face meetings can resume. This will give you the opportunity of joining, experiencing and learning from a range of specialist speakers nationally and sector leaders locally at no charge for now. The hope is that you will benefit greatly such that when normal meetings resume, you would like to join as a full member of the forum.

27 May, 10am-11.30am will be led by leadership coach David Milton on the subject of Building Resilience in Organisations.
4 June, 9.30am-11am ella will be holding their first virtual Manchester Charity Leaders Peer to Peer session. These sessions will give you the opportunity to share challenges, solutions and build a network locally for future personal growth and that of your organisation.
