Office’s to rent at St Georges Youth and Community Association

St Georges Youth and Community Association is a small Charity, which manages St Georges Youth and Community Centre, serving the residents of the Collyhurst, Miles Platting and Ancoats area. The Centre is located less than one mile from Manchester City Centre and was fully refurbished 11 years ago and provides a well maintained and run centre with over 1000 people using the centre annually.

The Centre is fully accessible with two adapted toilets and toilets for children, a large community hall with stage, training/meeting room, large fully fitted kitchen and small meeting/ chill out room with an outdoor play/football area. There is broadband and Wi Fi connection. These rooms are available at an extra charge, subject to availability.

There are two offices to rent immediately. A small office suitable for one person £1,000 per year and a two to four person office at £4000 per year both offices can be rented together or separately.

St Georges Youth and Community Association would like to offer this accommodation to groups who provide services to residents in the community and support St George’s aims and objectives.

You would need to provide one month rent in advance and prove of income. All tenants using the centre must have a current DBS check.
