The People’s Plan is an independent, non-partisan, public engagement programme by and for citizens and civil society of Greater Manchester. Macc is working with the People’s Plan 
and other partners to deliver five local borough events across Greater Manchester. These events are open for all those interested in finding out more and exploring their thoughts on Devolution.
The events aim to:
• Capture what works really well at the moment
• Capture what the real barriers are
• Initiate ideas for opportunities and solutions via café style discussions and practical proposals
• Invite some individuals to step forward to be the sponsor/spokesperson for an idea agreed by the meeting, potentially to take to other discussions and forums
• Provide an opportunity for attendees to complete the survey and to increase awareness of the survey
• Capture attendees' thoughts via a video booth (for those willing)
• Provide a range of additional resources (useful reports, contacts, etc.)
These events are free, accessible to all and not expert led.
