Population Health Targeted Fund – Consultation for Older People

The Our Manchester Voluntary Sector Programme Team have been undertaking a scenario planning process for the Targeted Fund priority 'Creating an age friendly city that promotes good health and well-being for people in mid and later life'  with representatives from Manchester Health and Care Commissioning officers. As well as being available here, this consultation is also available on MHCC's website here

The Team have now completed their scenario planning and they would like to hear your views on these before anything is finalised. Complete the consultation here to give your views. 

The survey is open until Friday 26 July 2019.

Your feedback responses will be considered prior to the finalisation of the grant specification and application process that will be going live later this year.

A Consultation event is to be held on Thursday 18 July 2019 from 10am to 12pm in the Seminar Room 3/4, King's House Conference Centre, King’s Church, Sidney Street, Manchester, M1 7HB

This is an opportunity for groups interested in applying for the targeted fund to be able to find out further information and ask questions.
