The Blair Project has been contracted to deliver 8 x week EV Skills Bootcamps as part of the Skills For Growth programme.
The 8 week bootcamps will provide valuable training experience to sharpen your skills base, secure interviews with employers in the green economy who are looking to recruit skilled people, and help transition into well paid work. The bootcamps are open to any employed and or unemployed person within Greater Manchester.
Developed by the government as part of the Lifetime Skills Guarantee, skills bootcamps are being delivered in partnership with employers, providers and local authorities, to help people gain skills for life, help support skills demands in the local area and ultimately – to help people get a better job.
Skills bootcamps are flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and fast-rack to a guaranteed interview with a local employer.
