Do you want to develop a new social or community enterprise?
Thrive! is the start of Lattice Works. 5 half days of expert training and support starting mid February 2015 that will help you and your organisation become more sustainable, become less reliant on grant funding, and so able to offer a better service to your community.
Thrive! covers techniques used by successful social enterprises in an understandable and relevant way. Practical and high quality training, that helps you understand the culture and practise of social enterprise.
With Thrive! you can help make your organisation flourish too.
Suitable for those uncertain about what ‘becoming more enterprising’ might mean for their organisation.
Using short presentations, discussion groups and practical exercises, it’s an opportunity for lots of networking with people with a similar outlook to your own. You will take away a practical workbook, designed to help you plan a new social enterprise product or service.
Alongside Thrive you will be offered lots of support, that will lead you to be able to access start up funding to try, build and grow your social enterprise. Funding will come from Unltd and from your community through crowdfunding.
