This is a brief (2 minute) national survey on the mental health effects of COVID-19.

Healthcare professionals and researchers from the University of Oxford, King's College London and University of Warwick want the general public and Health and Social care professionals to let them know about the mental health challenges they are facing due to COVID-19. This information will be used to build better tools to monitor mental health and support people through this crisis and beyond.
