What does the Improving Quality of Life role involve?
As a volunteer you will support people with MS who:
• Are stressed, isolated and in need of emotional support, advice and guidance
• Require benefits advice for financial support
• Require housing benefits or grants from the MS Society to increase their mobility independence
• Require support to return to work
It will be your role to signpost individuals to appropriate advice and support them in the process. Along with this you will be given quality training and supported throughout your time with the MS Society.
