Greater Manchester scoping of the Caribbean and African community

CAHNCAHN’s ambition is to work with Caribbean and African community in Greater Manchester to eradicate health inequalities within a generation.

The aim of this scoping exercise is to gather essential information that will provide an overview of where the Black community lives across the 10 localities of Greater Manchester.

a) Individuals and families can complete this survey

b) Black-led organisations can complete this survey

The information gathered will enable the community to better articulate their needs as CAHN engage with service providers and commissioners. This scoping adheres to ethical guidelines and all information gathered will be treated in the strictest confidence. Individuals are not required to provide their names and personal identifiable data will be anonymised. The organisational section of the scoping is to help identify what services exist and where they are located within Greater Manchester.
