Programme objective(s) supported by this project:
1. to increase the social inclusion within their neighbourhoods of people with serious and enduring mental health problems
3. to increase the level of support offered to people with mental health problems who find it difficult to access existing services in their neighbourhoods

Project summary: Outreach sessions at a local community café to encourage access to services. Sessions will also take place with self-help services at BMCA Community Centre for activities/discussion with partners and will involve one to one and group work. Tailored support might include financial advice, CV writing, health and wellbeing, access to food.

Organisation summary: We provide services through four defined 'zones' i.e. Play, Youth, Older People, Learning/Library, together with a community space; including 60 place nursery offering 30 hours care weekly for under 5’s, stay and play session, open access play sessions, holiday play schemes, and breakfast club.
