Management skills workshop

Overview
A practical workshop for those new to managing staff, providing you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to become a successful manager. This course can also act as a useful refresher for more experienced managers.

Business need
Effective management encourages high performance and promotes a culture of achievement in the workplace. Poor management can lead to low productivity and high staff turnover that can have serious consequences for an organisation.

Delegates attending this course will learn how to communicate with confidence, address potential workplace issues and develop their people; in turn, improving the effectiveness of their team and the organisation as a whole.

This event uses a storyboard approach where delegates are asked to manage Bob as he joins their team. Learning takes place through innovative exercises, group discussion and role play, using real life situations.

All delegates will receive an electronic certificate of attendance for their participation in the training.
