Volunteering Culture MCR

Volunteer Centre Manchester works with the Cultural Volunteer Coordinator Forum in Manchester, a forum that brings together cultural organisations who work with volunteers. This network has developed a website in partnership with volunteers at cultural organisations across Manchester with the aim of making it easier for potential volunteers to find out more about becoming a volunteer with heritage and cultural organisations.

Looking to Volunteer?

Volunteer Centre Manchester works with lots of different organisations, beyond heritage and cultural organisations. You can see the variety of roles we have on our listings page.

To apply for any of these roles you will have to create an account and log in to apply. Once you have registered you will be sent monthly updates from the Volunteer centre about new volunteer roles as well as training opportunities and events we think volunteers will be interested in. The team at Volunteer Centre Manchester can also help you with advice and guidance on volunteering and finding the right role for you.

Looking to advertise your role with Volunteering Culture MCR?

We have collaborated with this network to provide the database to power the opportunity listings in order to keep them up to date and relevant. This partnership also means volunteer coordinators only need to submit one opportunity for it to appear on both our website and the Volunteering Culture MCR website.

If you are interested in joining the network and advertising on the Volunteering Culture MCR website please contact Kate Glynn via e-mail [email protected].

If you are already a member of the network or a partner you can register and submit opportunities here.
