Plan B - Business Strategy
Manchester Community Central are running a series of workshops specifically for voluntary community sector organisations within the city of Manchester to help secure their future and survive in a rapidly changing business environment.
Sessions will run on demand.
It is not compulsory for attendees to participate in all the workshops - the workshops have been developed for groups to pick and choose which they feel are relevant.
Business Strategy
- How to develop a sustainable business strategy
- How to make a strong business case for your project, and develop a robust business plan
- How to choose an appropriate legal structure and risk manage your project
This session will be interactive and offer attendees the opportunity to participate in information sharing, group work and networking.
