It’s time for the people of Manchester to nominate their community heroes for the annual awards that recognise their passion for making Manchester a better place.
The Be Proud Awards are the city’s annual celebration of the extraordinary volunteers and unsung local champions who help to make Manchester great.
Now it’s time for you to nominate the individuals and groups who make a real difference in your communities, with 12 different categories to choose from.
Three finalists in each category will be invited to a prestigious Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony at Manchester Central Convention Centre in November, where the winners will be announced - and one of the category winners will also be named the overall Pride of Manchester.
The work done by the person or group you are nominating must take place within the Manchester boundaries.
