The Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) is seeking to provide contract funding for the facilitation of the Greater Manchester Youth Combined Authority (YCA).
The YCA membership aims to reflect the diversity of Greater Manchester, with a diverse representation across districts, sectors and interests. Its role is to advise political leaders of the challenges and opportunities faced by young people, proactively support the GMCA and its public, private and voluntary sector partners to develop effective policy and practices for young people, and constructively challenge progress to improve outcomes for all young people, including those that face discrimination and disadvantage because of their identity.
