GM VCSE Commissioning and Investment Survey

The VCSE Commissioning and Investment Group are planning where to focus energy over the next two years. To do this, they want to understand how far they have come in implementing the recommendations of the Greater Manchester VCSE Commissioning Framework.  

The Greater Manchester VCSE Commissioning Framework was produced in January 2020. Since then, we have responded to a pandemic; the impact of Brexit; a cost-of-living crisis; and seen major changes to the structure and form of our statutory commissioners and providers. There are also changes to procurement regulations taking shape across the NHS, and soon, across wider statutory procurement.
