Volunteer at the GM Law Centre
Volunteers are the backbone of the law centre. Whether you just want to help out with maintaining the law centre building, community outreach or you are qualified to give advice and provide representation, the GM Law Centre want to hear from you.

Donations
The GM Law Centre have launched a crowdfunding for £2000 to provide their new law centre premises on 159 Princess Road, Moss Side with key amenities. To donate, visit: https://crowdfunding.justgiving.com/tanzil-chowdhury

Lawyer Fund Generation Scheme
For those of you who are lawyers, the GM Law Centre are encouraging you to commit to the Lawyer Fund Generation Scheme. This is a pioneering scheme which invites private practice lawyers to donate 0.5% of their monthly salary to provide for key services at the law centre. The scheme has attracted much conversation in the legal press. What is absolutely important to note is that the Lawyer Fund Generation Scheme is an ‘interim solution’ in securing access to justice for people who are currently suffering from the cuts. Alongside this the GM Law Centre is also collectively campaigning for the restoration of government funded legal aid.
